Permitted Use
Lettivo is designed for managing residential and student accommodation tenancies. You may use the Platform to manage tenants, properties, maintenance, compliance, communications, and related operations.
Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use AI Calling to make unsolicited marketing calls to individuals who have not consented
- Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate tenants
- Upload or process data that you do not have a lawful basis to process
- Attempt to access other organisations' data or databases
- Use the Platform to circumvent legal obligations (e.g., serving invalid notices)
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
- Use the API to scrape or bulk-extract data for purposes outside the Platform
- Use AI Calling outside of the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM local time unless the tenant has explicitly consented to out-of-hours contact
AI Calling Specific Rules
- AI call scripts must not misrepresent the nature of the call or the caller's identity
- The mandatory call disclosure (identifying the call as automated and recorded) must not be disabled or modified to remove these disclosures
- You must not use AI Calling to contact tenants who have opted out
- Campaign audiences must be filtered to exclude vulnerable tenants where you are aware of vulnerability
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to review AI call scripts and campaign configurations for compliance.
